These terms cover your use of the 360Fin mobile app, published by 360 Software Labs. By activating the app you accept them.
360Fin is free to use, for life. There is no subscription, no trial that expires and no paid tier. Activation exists so we know who our users are and can support them — it is not a licence you have to buy or renew.
Everything you record stays in an encrypted database on your own device. We cannot read it, recover it, or restore it for you. Please use the app's built-in Backup screen and keep a copy somewhere safe — if you lose your phone without a backup, that data is gone, and there is nothing we can do about it. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what does and does not leave your device.
You choose the password and PIN that unlock the app, and they are stored only as hashes on your device. That means we cannot reset them for you. If you forget both, the only way back in is to reinstall, which erases the local database. Keep them somewhere you will not lose.
You agree not to:
We may show you our own offers inside the app. They are ours alone — there is no third-party ad network involved. Any product or service advertised is governed by its own terms at the point you buy it, not by these.
The app is designed to work fully offline, so it keeps running whether or not our servers are reachable. We do not promise that our servers will be available at any particular time, and we may change or discontinue features. Since your records live on your device, a change on our side cannot take them from you.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, 360 Software Labs is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data or business loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop at any time — delete your account from within the app, or simply uninstall it. Deleting your account erases the local database immediately and asks us to remove your contact details, which we complete within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bihar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
